Summer Stripes
As much as I love days at the beach and lounging by the pool, I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not always a fan of the summer heat. I mean no amount of hairspray can make the humidity and my Asian pompadour cooperate. Since there’s no way to avoid the heat, if I must sweat, I might as well do it in style. My go to hot-weather look? A pair of soft shorts and a short sleeve button down. I particularly love these sun faded stripes and the bleached out denim shirt. It just has such a beachy, laidback vibe that feels like summer. With a worn-in look that’s casual and relaxed, I could spend every hot summer day in these staples and I’m sure my fellow blogger friends would agree.
